BSK Corporation was established in 1996 by Ilshin Investment Co., Ltd. in the hopes of selling the products from the British firm The Body Shop International PLC with an exclusive supply agreement.
The company runs many The Body Shop stores throughout Korea, offering various goods of the eco-friendly body-care brand and in 2012, it launched GODIVA, a premium Belgian chocolate brand in Korea
